Paul is... fabulous. Not only has he done safety checks and gearing adjustments on my family bikes, he is also my main service person for my rather-oddly-kitted-out wheelchair. He's ordered spokes and tyres and replaced them, coming either to my home or meeting me at work, and has taught me skills along the way as well as done research into replacing wheelchair parts on my behalf. I can't speak highly enough of both his skills and his kindness and helpful (and professional!) attitude - he is HIGHLY recommended.

I discovered black cat cycles via a google search so gave Paul a call regarding issues I had with my electric bike. I took my bike to him and he gave my bike a full MOT and advised me what needed doing. He is so reasonably priced that I gave him the go ahead to do all the repairs needed. I really cannot recommend this company high enough. Paul is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I know where I will be going if I need further repairs with my bike. If I could rate it higher than 5 then believe me I would! Great service.

Paul has now worked on two bikes for us and a a friend's bike also. We can't recommend him highly enough. Super helpful and friendly, great results with the bikes he's fixed up and excellent value for money.
